Here are two training programmes that support your sharing of your NVC Skillset and knowledge
Both programmes are in German atm.
Bespoke training programmes in English are possible, please let me know your requirements.

2025 NVC Coaching training programme – Live in Berlin (in German)

Being a NVC coach requires not only sound knowledge of the model and techniques, but also a firm grasp of the setting and the issues that can arise in coaching.

 This 5-module training course provides comprehensive preparation for the role of coach, whether in a company, an organisation or in a private setting.

Coaching opens a door to the next steps and often to a solid package of actions with many feasible steps towards change.

It is a great pleasure to accompany this process and I use my 30 years of practical experience to demonstrate the most helpful concepts and techniques, which are meaningfully framed by the NVC approach.

  • Coaching includes: Taking stock, developing goals, finding solutions.  In the coaching process, the coach provides clarity about the current situation, supports you in finding new perspectives, developing your own solutions and transferring them to realistic action steps.
  • In 15 days (5 modules of 3 days each), you will learn how you can determine your current skill set, which optimisation steps are imminent and which content and transfer will best enable you to coach others successfully.
  • Start in 2025 – you are welcome to make a reservation and there will be more information in Spring 2024 here and in the newsletter!

2024 Training to become a “Trainer for NVC (Nonviolent Communication)” conveniently online at home or live in the Altmühltal in Bavaria. (In German only!)

The training includes 4 modules of 5-6 days and there are 5 experienced NVC trainers on the team.

Methodology and Didactics is a live advanced module that can be booked additionally or individually. Further information about this training can be found on the linked page above.
