I have worked as a mediator in organisations, teams and businesses since 1999 and trained over 150 mediators to work in organisations between 2000 and 2008.
Meeting Marshall B. Rosenberg in 1989 had a lasting influence on my thoughts and actions and I have been teaching the basic approach of non-violent communication (NVC) since 2000. It is my passion to integrate and further the practice of the life-affirming peaceful way of living in all things I strive to do.

Mediation… live or also per Video conference. Preliminary dialogues take place before the mediation and are part of the process.
Frequency and duration of the mediative sessions vary and are rarely less than 90 minutes. My rooms for live sessions are in Berlin-Charlottenburg.
